Chili Spice Blend
Homemade "Chili Powder" with NO SALT or other added carbs or fillers.
Use just like store-bought chili powder in cooking and recipes.
I have a dehydrator and make my own dried minced onion, peppers, garlic, etc. further reducing the possibility of "sneaky carbs" from processing.

| 2.0 | Tablespoons | Dried Minced Onion |
| 4.0 | teaspoons | Cumin |
| 2.0 | teaspoons | Italian Seasoning (Oregano/Basil blend) |
| 1.0 | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
| 1.0 | teaspoon | Crushed Dried Serrano Pepper |
Process Steps
- Mix all spices in a bowl until well mixed
- Store in tightly closing spice container
NOTE: Wash hands well with soap and water after handling spices. Take care to NOT touch your face, mouth, nose, eyes, etc. before washing well.
