Chili Spice Blend

Homemade "Chili Powder" with NO SALT or other added carbs or fillers.

Use just like store-bought chili powder in cooking and recipes.

I have a dehydrator and make my own dried minced onion, peppers, garlic, etc. further reducing the possibility of "sneaky carbs" from processing.

Ingredient List

4.0 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
4.0 Tablespoons Paprika
2.0 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
4.0 teaspoons Cumin
2.0 teaspoons Italian Seasoning (Oregano/Basil blend)
1.0 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1.0 teaspoon Crushed Dried Serrano Pepper

Process Steps

  1. Mix all spices in a bowl until well mixed
  2. Store in tightly closing spice container

NOTE: Wash hands well with soap and water after handling spices.  Take care to NOT touch your face, mouth, nose, eyes, etc. before washing well.
