Taco Seasoning

Homemade taco seasoning with NO SALT or other added carbs or fillers.

Use just like store-bought taco seasoning in cooking and recipes.

I have a dehydrator and make my own dried minced onion, peppers, garlic, etc. further reducing the possibility of "sneaky carbs" from processing.

Ingredient List

4.0 Tablespoons Chili Spice Blend (or commercial chili powder)
2.0 Tablespoons Cumin
2.0 teaspoons Paprika
1.0 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1.0 teaspoon Onion Powder
1.0 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Oregano/Basil blend)

Process Steps

  1. Mix all spices in a bowl until well mixed
  2. Store in tightly closing spice container

NOTE: Wash hands well with soap and water after handling spices.  Take care to NOT touch your face, mouth, nose, eyes, etc. before washing well.
